WattDawg Partners with Dallas Pets Alive!

As you may know, as a company, our two passions are saving our members money on their electricity bills and dogs.  In fact, our company name and driving values (honesty, vigilance, loyalty, etc.) were inspired by ourowner’s beloved dog, Bear.  This is why we are  thrilled to announce that we are partnering with Dallas Pets Alive, a leading animal rescue organization,  to feature monthly “WattDawgs”  that are looking  to be adopted into their forever homes.  As a partner, WattDawg will cover the adoption fee, and offer their services to the adoptive family for the first month for free to help the new family to sit back, relax and let WattDawg to save them money that can be reinvested in toys, treats, and love!

The first WattDawg we are pleased to present is LUCKY:

Introducing adoptable super pup LUCKY! LUCKY was found as a stray with a fractured femur, and taken to a local shelter, where Dallas Pet Alive, saved him. They got him all the medical help he needed, and he is ready for adoption! Due to his broken femur, LUCKY is now a“tripod” dog! Not to fret though, LUCKY gets around just fine and is an incredibly sweet and active boy. LUCKY is great with kids and is crate, leash and potty trained. LUCKY absolutely loves people and wants to be where they  are. Could you be LUCKY’S person? Learn more and apply to adopt LUCKY at https://dallaspetsalive.org/pet/4330/

If you aren’t able to adopt, you may still help to contribute to the lives of animals in need by signing up for WattDawg.  WattDawg will donate a portion of your membership fee to Dallas Pets Alive! for a full year after you sign up by entering the code DPA when you register. https://www.wattdawg.com/signup

We hope to help bring love and savings into our community’s homes with these incredible dogs!

ABOUT DALLAS PETS ALIVE!

Dallas Pets Alive! is a volunteer-run, foster-based rescue that promotes and provides the resources, education and programs needed to eliminate the killing of companion animals in North Texas. We focus on rescuing healthy and treatable pets at the greatest risk of being euthanized, reducing owner surrender through our Positive Alternatives to Shelter Surrender (PASS) program and opening shelter kennel space by transporting our animals to partners in cities in need of adoptable animals.
